At WatchGecko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly indicating whether you would prefer a size exchange or a full refund.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items and the completed form into a secure mailing envelope or box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service to our UK warehouse; please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
